A Certified B Corporation (short for Benefit for All Corporation) is a company that meets high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

Unlike traditional companies that focus mainly on shareholder value, B Corps balance purpose and profit, considering the impact of every decision on employees, communities, the environment and customers.

Certification is granted by the non-profit B Lab, based on an independent assessment that reviews every part of a company’s operations, from governance and employee wellbeing to environmental impact and community engagement.
