Tickets are booked on a specific timeslot. Places are reserved for you personally and can’t be changed on the day itself.
It is possible to change the date and time a maximum of 24 hours (1 day) before your visit. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to choose a new time slot, call 020 244 287 7 or fill in a request a change via the website.
You can reach Global Ticket, our ticket provider, 7 days a week from 9.00h – 16.00h. If your visit takes place within 24 hours, you can no longer change your reservation. If you are unable to make it in time for your timeslot, your tickets will expire.
Tickets on a timeslot can’t be canceled after purchase unless you have purchased the ‘possibility of cancellation’ with your tickets. With the possibility of cancellation, you have the option to cancel your tickets up to 5 minutes before your reservation and receive restitution for the tickets by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. The 2 euro you pay per ticket for the possibility of cancellation will not be included in your refund.
